Udang Goreng Mentega / Margarine Shrimp:
Ingredients:
- 1 kg medium shrimp, keep shell
- ½ tsp sesame oils
- 2 tsp margarine
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce/kecap inggris
- 2 stalk spring onion
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Some cooking oil
Preparation:
- Clean shrimps and mix it with sesame oils
- Cut spring onion 3 cm long
- Cut onion into dice
- Chop garlic finely
Method:
Heat up some oil, saute chop garlic until it fragrant, then put in margarine, Worcestershire sauce, shrimps, spring onion and onion together, mix it all well for about 10 minutes, and ready to serve.
