Making Steak

TIME takes to bake a steak varies depending on the thickness of the cut of meat and taste. Do not be tempted to lift the meat to see maturity.

When too often inverted, water content (juicy) will be lost. As a result, the meat becomes tough. How could you do to make sure the steak maturity is pressing the center with a clamp.
