Saung Jembar located at Jl. Gubernur Sewaka,Tasikmalaya.

They served traditional Indonesian cuisine, specialized in Sundanese style.

Their interior very thick with traditional decoration, using stuff like bamboo.  For seating area here, mostly is ‘tatami’ style, and all ‘tatami’ seating area located at outdoor, but do not worry when rain comes, cause they build like one hut for each ‘tatami’ seating.

Price for their main menu starts from around Rp. 25.000,- ++ up.

TEMPE MENDOAN,  deep fried thin cut soy bean cake/tempe.

GURAME ACAR,  fried gurame fish with homemade sauce and cucumber pickled on top.

CAH KANGKUNG,  kangkung saute with garlic, chili, and thin cut tomatos.

KAREDOK,  Indonesian salad (sundanese style) mixed with spicy peanut sauce.

OMELETTE,  omelette stuffed with traditional spicies and petai (some sort of bean).

SAMBAL TERASI,  shrimp paste chili.

COCONUT DRINK,  young coconut water and meat mixed with brown sugar.
